Today, my daughter in law's little sister, 20, will be taken off life support if she doesn't pass on her own. Deadly combination of alcohol and prescribed medication. She did what she had been told repeatedly not to do and she has paid a HORRENDOUS price. And her friends went along with her. And now her family will blame themselves and pay for years to come. And her "friends" are talking to homicide detectives.
I'm slowly turning into a tee-totaler in my old age. Nothing good comes of overindulgence in anything.
